P&M Engineering develops modules and automates existing machines for the creation of fishing hooks and treble hooks. In particular, we produce automatic modules for:
- Hooks Feeding and escapements systems;
- Assembling and brazing of treble hooks;
- Hooks feeding systems for hardening furnaces based on conveyor belts;
- Wires cutting and tips forming;
- Bending, barb forming and forging;
- Robotic grinding of the tips;
- Hooks and treble hooks packaging systems.
In the P&M modules, all the processes and manipulations are carried out with modern automation tools, robot scara and antro included.
